In a further show of efficiency, the organisation also reduced the time needed for data input processes from hour to minutes, eliminated manual errors while achieving a 94% improvement rate, enhanced real-time inventory management, and facilitated quick, effective decision-making thanks to the development of customised dashboards.

A designer and builder of innovative furniture for schools, offices, and learning spaces, Furnware celebrates both creativity and utility with its tagline, “We’ve always believed in the power of design to super-charge learning.”
Embracing a total business transformation in 2021, Furnware transitioned from Epicor Kinetic on-premises to Kinetic deployed in the cloud. The results of this move have been notable: they have realised improved backup and business continuity, lowered security risk, and enhanced support with an updated cloud platform.
As part of the organisation’s commitment to delivering a superior customer experience, Furnware uses Epicor Mobile Warehouse to ensure their factory floor is as efficient as possible.
