On 5th November 2021, we released Epicor Senior Living version 2021.1. This release delivers new and improved functions supporting our customers to grow, be more productive, and provide better response to today’s care challenges.

Release Highlights

Epicor Residential Care

  • Online Claiming PRODA —Enhancements to Online Claiming PRODA to match Service Australia requirements relating to Sparc ID in addition to Care Recipient ID
  • Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS)—Functionality and workflow to record and report a SIRS event
  • Petty Cash Improvements —Bank to Cash transaction created for a voided Banked cash receipt
  • CRM Improvements —Auto close tasks on closure of Case and Opportunity

Epicor Community Care

  • Improved Payment Arrangements — Changes have been made to implement Improved Payment Functionality introduced for Home Care packages.
  • Payroll available and actual hours summary — A new report cum excel interface option to display actual employee hours and mileage for a past date range and employee availability for upcoming period
  • Shift Availability Patterns — Functionality included to Roster for employees with multiple weekly roster patterns
  • New Rostered Status — A New Status ‘Rostered’ enables schedulers to finalise all bookings for a period and publish to carers and clients
