Innovator Awards:

 

Jordan Grove, Kadant: While working as an Epicor developer at Kadant, a global provider of solutions to process industries, Jordan Grove was able to use his expertise in Epicor Kinetic and cloud technology to turn these findings into an opportunity for innovation and system improvements, protecting the company from potentially costly data breaches and safeguarding its reputation for superior service.

Jacob Wrenn, Tyber Medical: Tyber Medical, an orthopedic device manufacturer enabling rapid access to FDA-cleared and CE Marked implants in the spine and extremity/trauma markets, uses Epicor solutions to help analyze actual vs. standard preventive maintenance over time. As a Continuous Improvement Builder, Jacob Wrenn has been leading a project using Advanced MES to review chronic loss data. The results of this analysis will drive significant gains in efficiency and productivity, positioning Tyber Medical well for the challenges of a constantly evolving marketplace.

Laurent Renaud, Guillevin: Guillevin, one of Canada’s largest distributors of electrical material, recently decided to launch a digital transformation initiative. They sought to eliminate their existing system’s limitations in efficiency, capacity, and scalability. Laurent Renaud, Vice President, Information Technology, has been overseeing this process, managing a complex integration of Epicor Prophet 21, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) that empowered Guillevin to grow and thrive on the leading-edge of modern distribution.

Brett Klein, Jamie Kolkman, Bill Meldrum, Etna Supply: Etna Supply, a plumbing, waterworks and fire protection distributor serving the commercial and residential markets, sees the value in using Eclipse to reduce manual work, increase efficiency, and exceed customer expectations. Rick Goodwin, Auto Repair Compare: At Auto Repair Compare, Rick Goodwin, Executive Vice President, uses Epicor solutions to grow and scale ARC Smart Quoter—the only B2C technology in the marketplace using exact pricing from data providers and parts suppliers to give customers a real-time quote from their preferred repair shop. This unique website/service writer program empowers consumers with the ability to make an informed repair decision when they need it, at the location they prefer, driving new and returning traffic to repair facilities.

Jayne Scranton, Dayco International: As IT Director of ERP at Dayco International, Jayne Scranton collaborates with Epicor to drive results, increase innovation, and continuously improve the company’s Epicor CMS solution. Dayco, a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of essential engine drive systems and aftermarket services for the automotive industry, uses Epicor CMS to meet the strict delivery requirements and tight production deadlines that its demanding customers expect.
