Epicor Insights is the official global customer conference for Epicor customers. It brings together customers, partners, and industry experts for a three-day learning and networking experience focused on Epicor products, solutions, and future plans. With more than 500 sessions and extensive hands-on labs, the conference offers the opportunity to learn, connect with peers, and understand your industry’s trends and best practices.

Users of Epicor platforms who want to extend functionality and protect their investment are encouraged to attend. The conference has something for everyone—from IT-focused professionals to business executives.

All conference attendees and paid guests with either a guest pass or Wednesday night dinner and entertainment pass have access to the meals covered by that individual pass.

Monday, May 20: Welcome Reception

Tuesday, May 21: Breakfast, lunch, morning, and afternoon breaks

Wednesday, May 22: Breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon breaks, dinner, and entertainment

Thursday, May 23: Breakfast, lunch, morning, and afternoon breaks

Full Guest Meal Pass: $450

This pass allows admittance into all conference meals and evening functions (this guest pass does not allow the guest into any conference sessions):

• Monday Welcome Reception - Must be 21 or older to attend
• Tuesday breakfast, lunch, and breaks
• Tuesday wine and cheese reception- Must be 21 or older to attend
• Wednesday breakfast, lunch, and breaks
• Wednesday night dinner and entertainment- Must be 21 or older to attend 
• Thursday breakfast, lunch, and breaks
• Wednesday Evening Only Guest Pass: $225 (Must be 21 or older to attend)

Provides your guest admittance into the Wednesday evening dinner and entertainment only. 

As a reminder, your guest must be 21 or older to attend.

The Full Guest Meal Pass and the Wednesday Evening Only Guest Pass do not include access to any sessions for your guest, including the keynote. If you would like your guest to attend the keynote, you can purchase an additional pass for $75.

The attire is business casual. The meeting spaces can be cold, so bring a jacket or sweater for your comfort.

Yes. Substitutions can be made in writing to Insights registration at insights@epicor.com with the names of both the original and substitute registrant and/or guest.

Terms and Conditions of Payment for Insights 2024

A full refund will be issued until April 19, 2024. After this date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. All cancellations must be made in writing and addressed to "Epicor Insights 2024—CANCELLATION" and sent by email to insights@epicor.com.  Note: Insights attendance is limited to current Epicor customers, authorized partners, and guests only.

Your registration confirmation email will include a link to your invoice. Please print the invoice(s) and return it with your company check for payment.

Acceptable methods of payments are check, credit card, or wire transfer.
