Chief Customer Officer & Chief Information Officer
Rich Murr is a technology and business executive with deep expertise across the information technology spectrum. As Chief Customer Officer, Rich is responsible for leading a cross-functional organizational focus on creating and sustaining an excellent experience at every stage of the customer engagement. As Chief Information Officer, Rich leads teams responsible for designing and operating back-office IT systems, scaling and operating Epicor SaaS products 24x7 across the globe, and managing the company’s corporate and product cybersecurity efforts.
Prior to Epicor, Rich held a variety of technology leadership positions with SaaS companies, a global IaaS provider, a multinational retailer, and IT consulting companies. Earlier in his career, Rich served as a U.S. Marine Corps officer.
Rich earned his B.A. from Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
