Meet the women Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members who are instrumental in leading Epicor into the next exciting phase in our company’s history… and join Team Epicor in celebrating their success as we strive to provide our customers with best-in-class service.
Lisa Pope, our Executive VP of the Americas who recently won the 2020 Stevie Award for “Women of the Year in Sales,” is responsible for driving cloud-first, market growth initiatives, all while playing an integral role in ensuring our culture is customer-centric.
With over 25 years of experience in sales, she boasts extensive knowledge of the software industry, including the manufacturing, distribution, retail, and healthcare verticals.
Since joining Team Epicor in March 2017, Lisa has been responsible for driving the majority of the booking business, generating 85% of the total revenue, and in the past year, with the help of her team, our company has seen revenue increase by 5% year-over-year.
In the past year, Lisa also played an integral leadership role in the recent acquisition of Epicor by Clayton Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) – one of 2020’s largest enterprise software company acquisitions (a $4.7B deal).
A strong believer in professional development, Lisa cultivates a collaborative learning environment for her colleagues, with a vested interest in fostering career growth for women.
She encourages women to be the most authentic versions of themselves in the workplace, all while helping her colleagues reach their career goals through her mentorship.
Jignasha Amin Grooms, our Chief Human Resources Officer, has been instrumental in leading a major culture shift within Team Epicor over the past four years, and her multiple award wins in the past year alone are proof positive that she’s a dedicated, compassionate, and successful female leader.
Jignasha is passionate about the “human” part of “human resources” and is dedicated to strengthening employee engagement as well as supporting Epicor’s globally diverse and customer-first culture. Since joining Team Epicor in the fall of 2016, she has sought to create an environment where every employee feels valued and recognized for their unique experience and talents.
As the final decision-maker in the hiring process, she rebranded how Epicor’s HR department functioned to focus on employee growth and to support innovative ideas, such as merging multiple HR systems and leveraging artificial intelligence to improve recruitment processes, creating a standardized and structured performance management system, and launching a Career Journey matrix to help employees understand how they can grow within the organization.
Her approach has produced significant results, including a notable increase in Glassdoor ratings, higher employee retention rates, and an overall more supportive company culture. And in September 2020, Epicor was named the winner of a Stevie Award in the Most Valuable HR Team category in the fifth annual Stevie Awards for Great Employers, largely due to Jignasha’s leadership and the HR department’s commitment to adapting to remote work.
