Kinetic and Prophet 21 users can access the Help and Support Panel directly from the system. The question mark (?) icon that is included in the main menu that provides quick access to the Help and Support contextual education resources and guided learning features.
Once your user profile is added to EpicWeb, you will receive an email containing the necessary details. You can access ELC via EpicWeb, and the same login details will grant you access. Additionally, you can directly access ELC using the following link: https://erpcustomer.epicor.com/lms/public/signInHelp. If you forget your password, you can use the "Sign In Help" option for assistance.
