Johns Manville hosts a Submittal Wizard on their website that allows JM’s team members to select their documentation for product data sheets. This information is passed over to Epicor CPQ that is then bundled with the tables representing the selected roof’s options. JM can send everything in one neat package to the customer.
Johns Manville worked closely with Epicor CPQ to implement product visualization and dynamic quoting that feeds everything back into Salesforce Revenue Cloud. Their team also quickly learned how to maintain and update the platform using Epicor CPQ Snap, to build out product configurators for various types of roofs.

Johns Manville uses Salesforce Community Cloud for their external users, roofing contractors. With Epicor CPQ + Salesforce, roofers can now easily and accurately estimate their larger projects using JM products.
